I am selling a pair of Beats Headphones on Craigslist.
One person replied: Can u trade for a fixie?
I replied: What is a fixie? Something broken?
They replied: A bicycle With thin wheels that u see all the teens riding
I think if a person needs to ask what a fixie is, they are clearly too old to ride one.
